Positioning Statement
The People Partner role has been designed to strengthen the Immunoassay & Digital Solutions People Function model by owning Employee Journey, Employer Branding, People Analytics, Digital HR, Culture & Engagement and continuous improvement initiatives, enabling People Business Partners to focus on strategic business partnership while accelerating the team's digital, AI and data-driven capabilities.
Job Summary
Reporting to the VP People Function Immunoassay and Digital Solutions, the People Partner Digital & Analytics is responsible for leading and continuously improving key People Function initiatives across the employee lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner for employee experience, employer branding, talent initiatives, culture, engagement, people data quality, digitalization and analytics. The role is designed to strengthen the People Function operating model by increasing execution capacity, improving process scalability, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting the evolution of the team toward more digital, analytical and AI-enabled ways of working.
The People Partner works closely with the People Business Partners to deliver impactful people initiatives, strengthen the employee journey, improve digital adoption and ensure operational excellence across People processes. The position plays a critical role in helping the People Function become increasingly employee-centric, scalable and data-driven.
Key Accountabilities
Employee Journey & Employee Experience
Own and continuously improve the employee journey across key lifecycle moments.
Maintain and continuously improve employee-facing materials, employee manuals and internal People resources.
Drive employee experience improvements through employee feedback, process reviews and data analysis.
Support employee engagement, culture and wellbeing initiatives across the site.
Employer Branding, Talent Attraction & Early Talent Programs
Design and deploy employer branding initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with universities, business schools and external talent communities to expand brand visibility.
Lead the design and evolution of internship, graduate and early talent programs
Support Talent Acquisition activities in partnership with People Business Partners, hiring managers and external providers.
Contribute to enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience throughout recruitment processes.
Monitor employer branding and talent attraction metrics, translating insights into actions that improve talent visibility, candidate engagement and hiring outcomes.
People Analytics, Data Quality & Workforce Insights
Maintain and continuously improve People KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
Ensure People data accuracy, consistency and quality across systems and reports.
Translate People data into actionable insights supporting business and People decisions.
Monitor workforce, talent, employee journey and engagement metrics.
Support workforce planning, talent discussions and organizational reviews through data-driven insights.
Ensure audit readiness and compliance of People data and documentation.
Digital HR, AI & Process Automation
Act as a digital champion and change agent within the People Function, promoting a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement.
Lead the identification, evaluation and implementation of digital solutions to enhance People processes, employee experience and operational efficiency.
Promote AI-enabled ways of working and support the responsible adoption of Generative AI tools across the People Function.
Identify automation opportunities that eliminate manual activities, improve data quality and reduce administrative workload.
Act as key user, superuser and internal advisor for HRIS, digital People platforms and employee experience technologies.
Partner with People Operations, IT and Global People teams to optimize workflows, system integrations, reporting capabilities and user adoption.
Drive digital literacy initiatives and support the development of digital, data and AI capabilities across local People teams.
Explore emerging HR technologies, market trends and best practices, translating innovation opportunities into practical People solutions.
Support the evolution of the People Function's digital, analytics and AI capabilities, contributing to the transformation of HR into a data-driven and technology-enabled function.
People Function Projects, Culture & Engagement
Coordinate, lead and contribute cross-functional People Function initiatives and projects related to culture, engagement, wellbeing and CSR, ensuring alignment with People strategy and business priorities. Support deployment of global People initiatives locally, ensuring effective adoption and communication.
Partner with People Business Partners to identify opportunities to improve employee and manager experience.
Contribute to team benchmarking, innovation and capability-building initiatives in digitalization and AI.
Process Excellence & Governance
Review, simplify and continuously improve People processes.
Maintain job descriptions, process documentation and People Function materials.
Ensure compliance with quality, audit and governance requirements.
Improve role clarity, ownership and handoffs across People Business Partners, People Operations, People Partner and Administration Support roles.
Identify opportunities to transfer, simplify or automate low-value activities.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Digital Business, Digital Transformation or related disciplines.
Master's Degree or postgraduate studies in Human Resources, Digital Transformation, People Analytics, Business Analytics, HR Technology or Artificial Intelligence applied to business are desirable.
Additional certifications in People Analytics, Digital HR, Artificial Intelligence, Data Visualization, Automation, Digital Transformation, Agile Methodologies or Project Management will be considered a plus.
Experience
3-6 years of experience in Human Resources, People Partner, Employee Experience, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics or related People Function roles.
Experience in multinational environments is highly valued.
Experience within highly digital environments such as technology hubs is highly valued.
Experience in sectors such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, healthcare or similar industries is desirable.
Proven capability to design and implement employee lifecycle initiatives and talent programs.
Experience working with People KPIs, dashboards and HR systems.
Additional Skills / Knowledge
People Analytics & Data Visualization: advanced capability in Excel and Power BI to manage People KPIs, build dashboards, interpret workforce trends and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Generative AI & Digital Productivity: confident and responsible use of Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, content creation, knowledge management and day-to-day People Function effectiveness.
HRIS & Digital People Platforms: strong working knowledge of SAP or comparable HRIS platforms, including data structures, reporting, employee lifecycle processes and digital talent solutions.
Process Automation & Low-Code Tools: ability to identify automation opportunities and use tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows, approvals, notifications and recurring People processes.
Digital Employee Experience & Engagement: ability to leverage digital collaboration, listening and engagement platforms to improve employee journeys, adoption, communication and the overall manager and employee experience.
Fluent Spanish and advanced English (minimum B2).
