About the client:
We are partnering with a leading European specialty pharmaceutical company focused on central nervous system (CNS) disorders. With a strong international presence and an ambitious transformation agenda, the company is currently seeking a People/HR Transformation Lead to join its Global People team in Spain.
Job description:
Assess end-to-end HR processes across the organization and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and employee experience.
Redesign and standardize processes using AS-IS / TO-BE methodologies.
Define and own the global People process transformation roadmap, including priorities, milestones, benefits and dependencies.
Drive the adoption of digital HR solutions, including AI-enabled tools.
Act as the HR process-to-system owner for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the platform supports agreed global standards and business needs.
Lead requirements gathering, user stories, user acceptance testing (UAT) and release readiness for system improvements, upgrades and new functionalities.
Establish governance for HR system configurations and workflows, including change control, documentation and approvals.
Lead and coordinate HR transformation projects across countries and functions.
Ensure stakeholder alignment and the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
Work closely with the IT Functional Manager to align priorities, assess feasibility, manage dependencies and ensure the timely delivery of process-to-system changes.
Translate People and business needs into functional requirements, system enhancements and scalable solutions.
Support change management, communication and adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working.
Enable advanced HR analytics and dashboarding through tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Promote high standards of master data quality and ensure key controls—including authorizations, audit trails and segregation of duties—are embedded in HR ways of working.
Requirements:
Experience
6–8+ years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Operations, HRIS or Process Excellence.
Strong experience in HR process assessment, mapping, redesign and standardization.
Hands-on experience with enterprise HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience delivering HR digitalization initiatives and implementing AI-enabled solutions in a People environment.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience supporting change management and user adoption in complex, international organizations.
Education
University degree in a field related to business transformation, technology, organizational management, Human Resources or a comparable discipline.
Languages
Fluent English.
Spanish is a plus.
Tools
Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud.
Familiarity with digital HR and AI-enabled tools, as well as requirements gathering, testing and release-management practices.
