Job description:

• What you will do Define the company’s long-term strategic direction in collaboration with the Company management Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles, ensuring alignment across business units and functions.

• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, competitive dynamics and potential growth opportunities.

• Develop business scenarios, risk assessments and mitigation plans to support executive decision-making.

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives in response to changing market conditions.

• Monitor the progress, KPIs and business impact of key strategic projects.

• Oversee the company’s portfolio of strategic projects, programmes and investments.

• Ensure portfolio decisions remain aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities and value-creation objectives.

• Lead and coordinate the analysis and selection of current and future portfolio opportunities.

• Coordinate the preparation of robust forecasts and business cases for strategic projects, investments and potential growth opportunities.

• Assess financial impact, strategic fit, risks and resource requirements.

• Work closely with the senior leaders across the organization.

• Prepare high-quality presentations, business cases and strategic analyses for executive-level decision-making.

• Represent the function in senior leadership meetings when required.

• Coordinate inputs from Finance, Operations, Business Development, Innovation and Commercial teams.

• Provide clear reporting on strategy execution and portfolio performance to internal and, when necessary, external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Business and Strategy Consulting.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly recommended.

• Demonstrated experience in managing projects, preparing presentations and in-depth analysis in Excel.

Education

• Degree in Business, Engineering or Scientific background.
