About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist who speaks Italian to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer, supporting clients and candidates across Italian-speaking markets.

Main Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process, including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer management and onboarding support.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, networking, referrals and other relevant channels.
Candidate Management: Build trusted relationships with candidates, provide regular communication throughout the process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Client Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs, define profiles and provide market insight and advice.
Interviews and Assessment: Conduct structured telephone, video and face-to-face interviews, assessing candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
Market Development: Develop knowledge of the Italian talent market, relevant sectors and recruitment trends to support effective sourcing strategies.
Process Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and vacancy information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
Reporting and Collaboration: Track recruitment activity and key performance indicators, sharing updates with internal stakeholders and contributing to team objectives.
Profile Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, agency recruitment or an internal recruitment function.
Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems and other digital recruitment tools.
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.
Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in understanding client needs and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Confident interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and ethical recruitment practices.
Desirable Experience
Experience recruiting for international or multilingual roles.
Knowledge of the Italian labour market and recruitment landscape.
Experience working in an RPO, Executive Search or consultancy environment.
Additional language skills.
