Our client is an international group specialized in the design and manufacture of modular systems for the optimization of industrial and logistical process, supporting the achievement of operational excellence in manufacturing, aeronautics, retail and e-commerce industries. As part of its growth and strenghtening of their operations across Americas, the group is looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead regional expansion and consolidate market presence.
Job description:
The Regional Business Unit Manager will assume the supervision of the operational and commercial management of our three strategic subsidiaries and its teams. leading teams totaling more than 50 professionals.
Reporting directly to the Corporate CFO, the Regional Business Unit Manager will supervise local subsidiaries management to ensure peak performance and alignment with corporate roadmap. Its main responsibilities will be to :
Drive the deployment of the Group’s commercial strategy across the region, leveraging the diverse product ranges
Audit and enforce group guidelines regarding brand positioning, project quoting, procurement, and production standards.
Implement and monitor cost-reduction initiatives to optimize regional profitability.
Directly engage with key accounts, conduct site visits, and manage the quoting process for large-scale industrial projects.
Assess subsidiaries' health and lead restructuring or reorganization efforts where necessary to support growth.
Requirements:
We are looking for a professional with deep cultural immersion in the North American market. Mandatory experience of at least 10 years operating professionally on the American continents, demonstrating exhaustive knowledge of Retail and B2B environments, as well as of industrial services.
Excellence in commercial management and a proven capacity for international development are fundamental requirements for success in this position. The candidate must possess a great aptitude for negotiating high-complexity international contracts, showing a results-oriented strategic vision and great adaptability to multicultural environments.

As this is a high-level leadership role covering Americas, frequent travel across the continents is required to ensure the cohesion and performance of the subsidiaries.
