About the client:
We are working with a leading European specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of central nervous system disorders (CNS) currently seeking a Tech-Transfer Project Manager. The position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model.
Job description:
Reporting to the Head of PMO & Launch Management, the role will be responsible for coordinating and leading corporate technology transfer activities across the organization. This includes managing cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory requirements, and supporting the successful transfer of products from development to manufacturing or commercialization.
Your Major Accountabilities:
Drive value creation by leading and executing projects mainly tech-transfers from CMO to CMO
Manage cross-functional and cross-country Project Teams ensuring good communication between all the departments.
Plan & coordinate all activities across a project.
Ensure the project is delivered in time, quality and budget supporting also the change management processes.
Knowledge of the specific local requirements of each country
Develop Project Charters and Implementation Plans and lead of Kick off, follow-up & project closure meetings.
Monthly report on the status of all projects with maintenance of our Project Management tool (Smartsheet)
We would like you to have:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry or Biology degree.
5 years’ experience in Project Management in pharmaceutical Industry
Ability to work independently.
Project planning negotiation, conflict management, independent, cooperative, results oriented, initiative and critical thinking, consistent, training experience and ability for teamwork.
Knowledge of the tech-transfer process in pharmaceutical industry.
Accreditation in a Project Management Discipline highly preferred (e.g. Project Management Profession-al-PMI.)
