It´s an international healthcare company headquartered in Southern Europe, with a strong and growing presence across key European markets including Spain, France, Italy, the UK, and Portugal.

The company specializes in women’s health, with a portfolio focused on areas such as HPV, fertility, and menopause. Its products include a combination of medical devices and scientifically supported food supplements, positioned through a unique hybrid model that combines consumer healthcare accessibility with clinically driven promotion.

Following sustained success in multiple European markets, the company is now entering Germany as a strategic priority market, establishing a local affiliate and building a dedicated commercial and medical organization.

The opportunity:

This is not a traditional MSL role.

You will play a key role in building the medical function from the ground up, contributing directly to the establishment of the company’s scientific and clinical credibility in Germany.

You will act as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals, particularly in gynecology, while helping shape the local medical strategy in a launch environment.

Your role

As a Medical Science Liaison, you will:

• Act as the primary scientific contact for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs)

• Deliver non-promotional, evidence-based medical education

• Support the clinical positioning of products in a hybrid OTC/Rx-like environment

• Contribute to building long-term medical credibility in the German market

Key responsibilities

KOL Engagement & Scientific Exchange

• Identify, map, and develop relationships with key opinion leaders (especially gynecologists)

• Lead high-quality scientific discussions, advisory interactions, and medical education activities

• Support the development of local advocacy and clinical adoption

Medical Education & Field Activities

• Conduct regular field visits to clinics and medical practices

• Deliver scientific presentations and training sessions

• Represent the company at scientific meetings, workshops, and congresses

Medical Insights & Strategy

• Gather and translate field insights into actionable strategic input

• Monitor scientific literature, guidelines, and competitive landscape

• Contribute to the development and adaptation of medical materials

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work closely with commercial teams to ensure alignment while maintaining medical integrity

• Support internal training and capability building

What we’re looking for

Background

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) is a strong advantage

Experience

• Experience in Medical Affairs (MSL, Medical Advisor, or similar)

• Strong experience interacting with healthcare professionals

• Experience in women’s health is a plus, not mandatory

Skills

• Strong scientific communication skills

• Ability to translate data into clinical relevance

• High level of autonomy and ownership

• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a build-phase environment

Languages

• German: fluent / native

• English: professional
