Following sustained success in multiple European markets, the company is now entering Germany as a strategic priority market, establishing a local affiliate and building a dedicated commercial and medical organization.
Role Overview:
This is a field-based, hands-on role combining commercial field activity with the coordination and development of a growing sales team. The core of the position is building strong relationships with physicians — particularly gynecologists — and driving medical recommendation within an OTX business model that combines scientific engagement with strong pharmacy execution.
The position is ideal for a strong field-based healthcare professional with initial leadership experience who is looking to take the next step into a broader responsibility role within a growing and entrepreneurial organization.
Key Responsibilities
Field Execution & Sales Development
Drive sales performance in the assigned territory through active field engagement
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly gynecologists
Identify opportunities to grow market presence and customer base
Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders
Sales Team Coordination
Support and guide a team of Sales Representatives (initially via external partners)
Ensure consistent execution of sales activities and high-quality field performance
Conduct joint visits and provide on-the-job coaching
Monitor performance and follow up on KPIs
Business Planning & Performance
Implement commercial plans aligned with overall strategy
Monitor territory performance and identify improvement opportunities
Provide regular feedback and insights from the field
Support forecasting and reporting activities
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Medical Affairs to support scientific engagement with healthcare professionals
Collaborate with Marketing and HQ teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns
Share market insights and customer feedback
Candidate Profile
Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
Experience in healthcare, pharma, or consumer health
Experience
Around 5+ years of experience in field sales roles
Experience in OTX, pharma, or healthcare-related environments
Initial experience in:
coaching
mentoring
or informal leadership
Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on, field-driven mindset
Ability to combine execution with team support
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Results-oriented and proactive
Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
Languages
German: Native or fluent
