Job description:
We are recruiting a Sr. Consultant in Human-Centered Systes Design to support industrial and aerospace projects in Castilla-la-Mancha.
Integrated within multidisciplinary teams, the role focuses on embedding human and organizational factors into the design, assessment and improvement of technical and organizational systems in factory environments. Main responsibilities of the Sr. Consultant will be to:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, UX, quality, safety, etc.).
Conduct ergonomics and human factors assessments, including occupational risk analysis.
Analyze activities, workstations, processes and organizational setups.
Perform future design assessments (digital mannequins, virtual reality sessions, simulations).
Formalize ergonomics and user requirements and define functional specifications.
Analyze HOF risks and identify root causes of incidents, human errors or quality issues.
Define and follow up action plans.
Facilitate creativity workshops and conduct user tests on industrial systems.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Experience
3–4+ years’ experience in ergonomics, human factors or organizational psychology.
Proven exposure to industrial or factory environments.
Consulting experience is highly valued.
Education
Master’s degree in Engineering or Human Factors.
Languages
Bilingual in Spanish and English
A third-European language is a strong plus
Competences
Strong consulting and presentation skills.
Ability to explain, promote and apply human factors approaches.
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.
Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented.
Strong conviction in the value of people in system performance and safety.
