Since becoming independent in 2019, it has driven growth through personalized skincare and innovation, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective solutions.
We are looking for a Serialization Program Business Owner, who will be responsible to oversee the serialization program within an organization, ensuring that it meets regulatory requirements and aligns with business goals. The role monitor overall program performance, coordinate related projects within the program, supports the serialization team and assists with serialization global business activities.
This job position is embedded within the supply chain business organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Serialization Program owner: Manage the serialization program. Support the development of the long-term roadmap and strategy and ensure program alignment with business goals. Work closely with executive leadership, stakeholders, and sponsors to secure alignment on the program’s objectives. Act as a SPOC of the program for management.
- Program monitoring and reporting: Oversee the global project roadmap and execution of multiple related projects within the program, ensuring projects are managed and approved. Lead program meetings to review project statuses and monitor progress toward key milestones and ensure timely delivery of program outputs. Monitor actions, decisions, issues and risks, and assist with needed escalations.
- Resource Control: Ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to the various projects within the program. Manage resource estimates, demand and supply, and provide monthly reports about capacity.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, product owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders. Provide guidance, support, and leadership to the teams working within the program. Address any issues or conflicts that arise within the teams and projects to keep the program on track.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks that may affect the success of the program and support with development of mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the program, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes. Manage the expectations of stakeholders by clearly communicating objectives, timelines, and any changes to the program. Provide clear and concise reports to executives and other stakeholders on program performance, including timelines, and key outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the program processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Methods and Tools: Maintain and improve the existing framework of standards, procedures and tools used for operations to monitor performance, allocate responsibilities, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery (KPIs, RACI matrix, risk management tools, projects templates, organization chart, etc.). Frequently use the methods and tools within the serialization program as required to ensure the program is strategically aligned, financially viable, well-coordinated, and successfully delivered.
- Business Support: Ensure the program aligns with business strategy and objectives and enhances overall business operations. Provide regular support to the serialization and supply chain management team.
-Assist with global serialization tasks: Work with the global serialization team to ensure compliance and meet global business objectives. Providing hands-on help to ensure smooth execution of serialization activities, supporting both day-to-day operations and larger project implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in serialization
- Must have experience in GxP
- Fluent in English, other language is a plus
- Proficiency in MS office
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership ability to inspire and manage large teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to think big-picture and develop long-term strategies for program success
The offered contract has a duration of 12 months as outsourcing, after which there are real possibilities of transitioning to a permanent internal contract with our client.
