Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Team Leader will spearhead recruiting efforts, ensuring the alignment of recruitment strategies with business goals. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying and nurturing top-tier talent.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to deliver exceptional recruitment services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate to forecast hiring needs and manage recruitment priorities.
- Maintain and enhance our applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
- Stay current with industry trends to keep recruitment practices relevant and competitive.
Key Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in building and nurturing diverse talent pipelines.
- Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- High Level of Spanish and English. Third language will be a plus.
