We hold a portfolio that includes Tommy Hilfiger, Florence By Mills, Dolce & Gabbana, Chopard Parfums, Elie Saab Parfums and more, with offices in the UK, USA, Switzerland, France and Italy.
Position Description
We are looking for a pro-active and flexible FP&A manager to join our Finance department and support the growth of our group, improving our controlling, reporting and forecasting processes.
As part of the Finance team, the FP&A manager will work in close relation with Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing and Operation executives as a business partner and plays a key role in setting up and improving processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• High level analyst who can provide insight to the top management as well as being hands-on on accounting topics
• Understanding, anticipation and reporting of finance and business risks & opportunities
• Build Financial models for actual and future projects
• Monthly reports:
o Sales by product/brand, region/state + forecast
o Shipments and retail selling results + forecast
o Profitability by customer/brands/markets
o Cost analysis, forecasting and recommendation
o Simulation, Financial models, budget modelling and KPIs
o Comparisons vs previous year, budget, forecast, plan
• Prepare the budgets, reforecast, and 3-year business plans, including marketing costs by region
• Operational stock control and insight: COGS analysis by product, rotation, stock reconciliation
• New projects business plans: analysis and monitoring
• Intercompany transaction reporting and transfer prices control
• In collaboration with the accounting team, ensures all areas of the Balance Sheet and Income statement are controlled each month
• Gathering and analyzing the market and internal financial information
• Automate processes, and be a key user in new IT projects
• Be part of new development projects
