Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Project Lead to oversee the successful execution of key industrial projects across Northern and Eastern Europe. You will manage a diverse portfolio of 125 investment lines, leading a team of project managers to ensure efficient resource allocation, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s industrial strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to set technical objectives, monitor progress, and ensure successful project outcomes. With a focus on leadership and project management, this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4 project managers, providing direct oversight and guidance.
- Support project scoping and assess technical feasibility to ensure all projects align with strategic goals.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with budget requirements.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project needs.
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management, escalating issues when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including country managers, regional directors, and industrial teams (e.g., Method, Maintenance, Logistics).
- Identify and mitigate risks, taking proactive measures to address potential challenges.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring it is complete and up-to-date.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven leadership experience with direct and cross-functional team management.
- Strong background in industrial projects, with a preference for experience in technical laundry or industrial equipment installation.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
- Analytical and budget management proficiency.
- Flexibility for frequent business travel (approximately 2-3 days per week).
