Our client is an important technology company specializing in the deployment of advanced platforms and operational services for infrastructure management and intelligent mobility. The company specializes in advanced toll systems and urban traffic
management. With operations in multiple countries worldwide, it is committed to expansion and innovation to meet client needs.

Mission:
Lead and manage complex software development projects involving high
volume transactional systems, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget
compliant delivery. Oversee development teams, including internal developers
in Europe and external resources and/or partners. Balance Agile and Waterfall
methodologies to maintain high software quality and performance. Manage
project timelines, risks, and budgets while adapting to a fast-paced
environment. Serve as the main liaison between stakeholders in Europe and the
USA, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Foster innovation,
continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving within the team

Functions:

• Lead complex software development projects involving high-volume
  transactional systems, ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget.
• Manage and coordinate Software development teams consisting of
  senior-level developers in Europe and external resources or partners.
• Oversee project timelines, risk management, and budget control,
  adapting to the fast-paced and demanding nature of the business.
• Ensure high standards of software quality and performance, balancing
  Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.
•  Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders in Europe and
  the USA, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on project
  goals.

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and proactive
  problem-solving within the development team.

Requirements:

Must to Have:

•  15+ years of professional experience, of which 8 years have been
  leading software development projects, with proven success in complex
  structures.
• Demonstrated experience in delivery international software development
  projects and hight pressure in timings. In the USA is a plus.
• Experience managing development teams.
• Experience in delivering software development projects for the USA.
• Experience managing projects related to ERP, CRM systems and/or transactional software. Focus on own product.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher). Spanish is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with a high tolerance for working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to
  pivot between them as required.
• Strong understanding of IT project management frameworks, such as  PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Kanban.
