Job Description:

We are looking for a Global Demand Planner to join our team in Milan.

Reporting to the Global Demand Planning Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and support the local S&OP process with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams following the monthly cadence.
  • Prepare and communicate final forecasts of by-products to supply teams.
  • Be the primary point of contact for Sales & Marketing with regard to Planning and Forecasting
  • Synchronize commercial plans with demand plans.
  • Proactively identifying constraints and challenges and developing solutions to mitigate impacts all the while keeping internal customers clearly informed of developments.
  • Provide and analyze monthly metrics reporting on forecast changes, rejections, forecast accuracy, and bias.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong expertise in Demand Planning with perfume /cosmetics products background
  • Experience using FuturMaster as a Demand Planning Tool
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Centre or similar ERP
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Highly analytical mindset
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and in a constantly shifting global supply chain environment
