Job description:
E-Commerce Business Growth
- Lead and drive e-commerce business growth, with a particular focus on the DACH regions/EU
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for both pure players and brick-and-mortar channels that aligns with company goals, budgets, and forecasts
KPI Monitoring
- Identify and closely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the business is on track to achieve fiscal year targets
- Present and implement recommendations to achieve revenue and profit goals, including but not limited to assortment optimization, store front enhancements, path-to-purchase improvements, logistics options, advertising strategies, and trade plans
- Enhance website traffic and sales by optimizing conversion rates through continuous monitoring and adjustments
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and external stakeholders, providing support for product uploads, SEO optimization, storefront creation, advertising, logistics, ticketing, invoicing, trade plans, and more
Product Catalog Management
- Oversee a catalog of products, ensuring the accuracy of inventory, image quality, and other assets.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate with external teams and third-party partners to ensure the seamless and effective operation of the e-commerce business
Performance Tracking for our projects
- Monitor the performance of all assigned projects and keep the leadership team informed of progress and outcomes
Business Reviews and Analysis
- Conduct regular business reviews and in-depth KPI analysis to gather insights and share learnings with regional sales directors, Marketing, and Product Development teams
Ad-Hoc Trade Monitoring
- Monitor various aspects of e-commerce platforms, including media, sampling, banners, social media, CRM, and homepage (HP) activities
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant e-Commerce experience
- Minimum of 2 years in leadership and strategy roles experience within Beauty & lifestyle industries
- An organized, proactive, detailed and result-oriented leader
- Preferred knowledge of pure players‘s commercial management
- Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills
- High analytical mindset
- Ability to work within a fast-pace environment
- Fluent English. Another language is a plus
