Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, overseeing order processes, and ensuring smooth operations in both 1P and 3P environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to address account needs and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and deliver reports on account performance and initiatives
- PO Order Management (1P & 3P Environment):
- Process incoming purchase orders, including replenishable and future staged orders
- Confirm purchase orders and quantities in the vendor central system before shipping
- Proactively manage open orders and backorders for timely fulfillment
- Order Fulfillment and Shipment Planning:
- Ensure purchase orders are picked and shipped within specified timeframes
- Enter bi-weekly shipment plans in Amazon Seller Central
- Invoice Reconciliation:
- Verify that invoices match corresponding purchase orders
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams
- Reconcile shipments and monitor EDI transactions
- Submit and manage disputed chargeback cases as needed
- Product Management:
- Manage product SKUs and maintain up-to-date catalog information
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries and questions as needed
Additional Duties:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product listings and enhance brand visibility
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Strong organizational skills for multitasking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with Amazon's Vendor or Seller Central systems is preferred but not required
- Training is provided for suitable candidates
