Job description:
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical liaison between our sales team and potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customers' technical requirements and demonstrate how our products or solutions can meet those needs. You'll work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Internally communicate customer strategy and research to predict market evolution, anticipating customers’ needs to adapt to our client.
- Define and propose commercial targets and activities for customers, in cooperation with Technical and R&D Areas.
- Present detailed proposals to clients, collaborating closely with project teams.
- Deliver presentations to customers and report incidents to the Sales Director.
- Participate in project teams to achieve project goals.
- Lead customer focus service, monitoring & supporting incident resolution.
- Report key indicators/documents defined for his/her activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in technical sales or engineering roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and presentation software.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position at a multinational company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Languages: Bilingual or native English is a must, and Spanish.
