Role Overview:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the infrastructure and deployment pipeline for our applications built on Java, NodeJS and React Native. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in cloud services, including AWS, and experience with databases set up and management. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that our applications are scalable, reliable, and secure.

Your day-to-day will look like:

• Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipeline for our NodeJS and React Native applications, using cloud services such as AWS/MS Azure.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that our applications are designed for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
• Work on Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Development(CD) tools, building automated processes wherever is possible
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, working closely with the development team to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Implement monitoring and logging systems for our applications, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and ensure uptime.
• Manage payment processor integrations, ensuring that our applications are fully compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve our infrastructure and deployment pipeline, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies to ensure that we stay ahead of the curve.

Who Are We Looking For?

Hard skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on NodeJS, React Native, cloud services, and payment processor integrations.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud services such as AWS, MS Azure or Google Cloud with experience in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with payment processor integrations, including PCI compliance and secure data handling.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps best practices, including automated testing and deployment, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the development team and other stakeholders.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
