Our client is a multinational company within the pharmaceutical industry.
The Tender Administration Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and executing the tender and contract processes, ensuring all activities comply with current legislation and internal organizational policies. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Major Accountabilities:
- Planning and Coordination: Coordinate the planning and preparation of tender documents (announcements, terms of reference, contracts). Define the schedule of activities and provide guidance to the team involved in the tender processes.
- Analyze tender notices, processes, and received proposals, ensuring they meet legal and technical requirements.
- Negotiations: Participate in meetings and negotiations with suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation and regulations related to the tender process.
- Prepare reports on tender processes, presenting results and improvement proposals. Analyze and monitor the performance of executed contracts.
- Train and guide new team members on tender procedures and compliance.
- Promote workshops and training sessions for the team on updates and best practices.
- Knowledge and practice in using tools such as Bionexo, Síntesis, Bolsa Electrónica, and others.
Minimum Experience:
- Higher education in Administration, Law, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in tenders and contracts (minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge of specific tender legislation (Tender Law and Contracts).
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Critical analysis and problem-solving abilities.
